If you spot a factual error, an outdated spec, a broken link, or you want to raise a complaint about something we've published, email corrections@gaspoweredchainsaw.com. Please include the page URL and a short description of what's wrong or what you're raising, that's the single biggest thing that speeds up a fix.
Every correction request and complaint is reviewed by our Editorial Director, who owns fact-checking and review standards across the site. If we get something wrong, we correct it, we don't just quietly edit pages without acknowledging a mistake was made.
Typical response time: within 2 business days. Urgent safety-related corrections (for example, an error in safe-use, kickback, or protective-gear guidance) are prioritized and typically addressed sooner.
